Hybrid Water from Air Generators 

Molecule’s Hybrid Atmospheric Water Extraction machines combine desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifier technology and are supercharged with our new Regeneration Optimized Sorbent (ROS) material to allow reliable, efficient water from air production in any environment at any scale.

Product Line 

Mobile- 5 Gpd

These are compact units that can be used in home or in remote locations where water is required and can replace water bottle usage. Size is approximately 12″(w) x 12″(h) x 36″(l) and approximately 75lbs operated by 12/24VDC.

Pickup- 30 Gpd

This larger unit can be used on location or mounted to vehicles for off-road capabilities to support multiple people where water logistics are challenging. Size is approximately 30″(w) x 42″(h) x 60″(l) and approximately 300lbs operated by standard 240 1Ø power.

Trailer- 100 Gpd

This size would serve for drinking water or be trailer-mounted for disaster relief, where light duty bulk water solutions are necessary. Size is approximately 30″(w) x 42″(h) x 72″(l) and approximately 500lbs operated by standard 240 1Ø power.

Village- 760 Gpd

This is named village for its ability to be used in remote villages to provide pure water where a stationary solution for light duty bulk water is needed, or for remote locations and/or arid farming where a traditional source of water is unavailable or unusable. Size is approximately 48″(w) x 66″(h) x165″(l) and around 2250lbs operated by 480 3Ø power.

Commercial- 1500 Gpd

For readily-deployable bulk water production in a standard 20-foot shipping container. This unit is ideal to help businesses supply their own water source for manufacturing or water cooling, and/or for remote installations where water independence, resilience and sustainment are required. Size is a standard 20′ shipping container. Water production and power configurations are custom-built to customer specifications.

Mini Municipality- 5000 Gpd

Whether it is a new development or an off-grid community this size will provide more than enough water and can be stacked depending on the community size. This unit is ideal for locations where large scale bulk water independence, resilience and sustainment are required for larger populations. Size is a standard 48′ container. Water production and power configurations are custom-built to customer specifications.

How it works Humidity Management

 

The ROS class of materials holds the potential to revolutionize energy-efficiency for the humidity management market. ROS’s superior kinetics lowers the amount of energy required to desorb the water vapor load from the ROS material, thus lowering the temperature and energy requirement needed during the regeneration cycle. This is key for reducing operating expenses and emissions from many industries where dehumidification is important, including pharmaceutical, food packaging,  dairy production, chemical processing, cosmetics manufacturing, petroleum refining, office building HVAC management systems, and many others.
